With 34 countries in attendance, competition was fierce, but in the end, Mr. Yunes came out the winner. Mr. Yunes’ 13 business enterprises are located in Mexico City, Puebla and Veracruz, and makes up 10 percent of the total Sushi Itto franchise units. He employees 400 employees in 13 restaurants.
